Delivery and Payment Details
Almost all our parcels (All UK mainland, excluding some Highland Post codes) are delivered by DPD Local (Formerly Interlink Express), on a tracked, next working day basis. The minimum order (Excluding carriage) is £10.00. In most cases, DPD Local provide text and email advice, of ETA, on the day of delivery, so you won't need to hang around, in case the parcel arrives whilst you are out (Click here for more details). This is most definitely not regular "Postage"
DPD Local will require a signature upon delivery of an order (If they are authorised to leave a parcel, without obtaining a signature, liability for any losses, following delivery, falls to the customer). Please see our terms and conditions if you wish to arrange delivery to an address other than the card holder's address. If you wish us to deliver to your place of work, please include the name & address of your place of work! Our carriage charges are also explained in our terms and conditions.
Please note that, at present, our stock control system is entirely manual. Whilst we endeavour (Generally successfully) to keep our records up to date, we are not infallible! IF YOU NEED A DEFINITE ANSWER, OR YOU REQUIRE A QUANTITY OF AN ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US!
Our payment gateway (Secure Hosting) DO NOT have facilities to verify transactions involving non UK payment cards (i.e Those issued or registered to addresses outside the UK). Therefore we can only transact business outside the UK where payment in full has been deposited in the bank account we have set up for that purpose (We DO NOT use Paypal). All money transmission charges are the responsibility of the customer and their bank. Details of this account are supplied upon request. Please note we do not supply items outside Europe.
